  • Salesforce Agentforce Solutions Architect

    About the Role:
    BlackRhino is seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of agentic AI solutions for clients in Federal, Financial Services, Regulated Industries, and M&A Advisory. You will partner with clients to understand their mission and operational needs, then architect secure, scalable Agentforce solutions that deliver measurable impact.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead solution design sessions for Agentforce implementations, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry compliance requirements.

    Define technical architecture for integrating Agentforce with systems like Workday HCM, SAP, Oracle, and industry-specific applications.

    Oversee development and configuration of AI agents, workflows, and integrations.

    Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability.

    Support pre-sales activities by presenting technical approaches and solution demos.

    Qualifications:

    5+ years in Salesforce solution architecture; experience with Agentforce preferred.

    Proven track record integrating Salesforce with enterprise ERP/HCM/CRM platforms.

    Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and application to business workflows.

    Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.

    Excellent client communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

    About the Role:
    We’re looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Implementation Consultant to help our clients successfully adopt and scale agentic AI solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Agentforce, and deliver training that ensures adoption and long-term success.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct requirements workshops to capture process flows, AI use cases, and integration needs.

    Configure Agentforce agents, prompts, and workflows based on client objectives.

    Work with technical teams to connect Agentforce to ERP, HR, or supply chain systems.

    Deliver end-user training and support change management activities.

    Document configurations, decisions, and knowledge transfer materials.

    Qualifications:

    3+ years of Salesforce implementation experience; Agentforce knowledge a plus.

    Ability to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.

    Experience in one or more industries we serve (Federal, Regulated Industries, M&A, Financial Services).

    Salesforce Admin or Consultant certification preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop, configure, and test Agentforce AI agents in Salesforce.

    Integrate Agentforce with external APIs, ERPs, and industry-specific systems.

    Optimize AI agent performance through testing, monitoring, and iteration.

    Qualifications:
